We are looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom in our apartment starting in January. It’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bath setup, so we would be sharing the bathroom and common areas. The rent is $600 per month plus utilities. The location is honestly the best part, especially if you are a student or work downtown. We are located right off Meharry Blvd. You can easily walk to Meharry Medical College or Fisk University from here. If you drive, it’s only about a 5-minute drive to Germantown and 8minutes to get right into the middle of Downtown/Broadway. It’s also super close to the interstate if you need to commute out.
