Looking for a roommates to cosign a lease in downtown asap

I’m moving to Nashville and currently looking for a female roommate to co-lease a place. I have shortlisted a couple of places in downtown. I’m also open join an existing setup but it can only be in downtown since i don’t have a car! I’m looking at 2 bed/ 2 bath and looking to sign a lease asap, preferably a week! Serious enquires only! I’ve already looked at roomster and didn’t find anything i wanted so please no roomster links!!
