Looking for room/roomate

Hi everyone! I'm looking for either: • A private room in a shared apartment, townhouse, or house, OR • A roommate to team up with and lease a 2-bedroom place together Move-in: Late June to early July I'm looking for places with quicker commute to Capitol View Area (ideally under 25–30 minutes during peak traffic). Ex: areas include Capitol View, Germantown, The Nations, Sylvan Park, Midtown, East Nashville, Donelson, and other nearby neighborhoods, but I'm flexible for the right fit.
