Specialities: General OB/GYN care Deepti Pruthi, MD, believes in empowering women at all stages of their lives so that they can receive the best care and advice possible. She enjoys working with women of all ages and showing them compassion and understanding. Dr. Pruthi grew up in Mumbai, India, where she completed medical school. She completed her residency at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She previously worked as an OB hospitalist at TriStar Centennial and Summit hospitals, as well as in private practice. Dr. Pruthi lives in Nashville with her husband who is a pediatric neuroradiologist, her teenage son and two dogs. She is a voracious reader who devours 4-5 audiobooks every month. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and helping her husband and son with landscape and drone photography.
