Gujarat Cultural Association

The Gujarat Cultural Association of Nashville was formed in 1978, when a small Holi gathering at Safari Lodge in Murfreesboro led families from Murfreesboro, Shelbyville, Lebanon, and Nashville to found an association for religious, cultural, and social programs. It has grown from about 20 founding families to more than 350 families across Middle Tennessee. In the fall of 1993, GCA purchased its community center at 4418 Lebanon Pike in Hermitage, a 35,500+ square foot facility with a kitchen, sound room, play area with a volleyball court, dining area, and a main hall with a stage. GCA hosts religious observances, cultural programs, senior days, sports tournaments, and events such as Ganesh Chaturthi and Navratri through the year. Event inquiries: info@gcanashville.com.
